Double Your Donation To Make Twice The Impact

By now, it is no secret; Milford Food Bank is on a mission to eradicate food insecurity and has plans to construct a larger facility to meet the growing needs in Michiana. This new facility will not only provide expanded storage but will also include office space and an upgraded food packaging room to help the Food Bank significantly increase its capacity to serve those in need. Groundbreaking for the new building is expected to take place later this year.

Milford Food Bank has been overwhelmed by the growing support for its capital campaign. In February, it was announced that an anonymous donor would match $25,000 for the capital campaign, and MFB successfully raised the money which was matched by the donor to a total of $50,000 for the construction project. Since then, another anonymous donor has stepped up and pledged to match donations for a second round of donor matching this Spring for the Food Bank. All contributions made to the MFB capital campaign will be matched dollar for dollar up to $50,000, from now until June 30, 2025. This means that every donation made to the campaign will be doubled with the potential to raise $100,000 more toward the Food Bank’s capital campaign.
