Milford, Indiana – Milford Food Bank is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for the community to make an even bigger impact in the fight against food insecurity. Thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor, all contributions made to Milford Food Bank’s capital campaign will be matched dollar for dollar up to $25,000, from now until March 28, 2025. This means that every donation made to the campaign will be doubled with the potential to raise $50,000 toward the Food Bank’s capital campaign, and they need the community’s help.
Milford Food Bank’s capital campaign is raising funds for the construction of a new, larger facility. This new facility will not only provide expanded storage but will also include office space and an upgraded food packaging room to help the Food Bank significantly increase its capacity to serve those in need. Groundbreaking for the new building is scheduled for later this year, marking a significant step forward in the organization’s mission.
