Volunteer Spotlight: Teresa Stezowski

We run on volunteer power and wholeheartedly believe we have the best volunteers at Milford Food Bank. So, each month, we feature one of our loyal volunteer staff members. Today, we are featuring Teresa Stezowski from Cromwell, Indiana.

Teresa joined the Milford Food Bank volunteer crew about a year and a half ago. She learned about the food bank at a Syracuse Kiwanis meeting from members discussing the need for more volunteers at the food bank. She felt a pull to stop by and ask about how to get involved. She describes it as "someone guiding me there." She finds meaning in volunteering at MFB, because it helps families and children in need. The most surprising thing that she's learned during her time here is the amount of food that would go to waste without places like the food bank.

We are thankful for Teresa's commitment to Milford Food Bank and for serving her community.
